Carrier Capacity not being honored when using action show routing options

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hello,

Has anyone came across where carrier capacity is not being used or considered when using the action Show Routing Options.  It will never post to the capacity usage for that lane if you do it initially and it will not care if it is full otherwise where planning was done via the bulk plan.
