Defects Italian Customer Exemption CLE

I just want top address that the localization for CLE: F274  Italian Customer Exemption, has a series of defects, if you use it for a Global company and without having the policy to customize all of this.

I hope Oracle has a solution for this, since in the policy of my company we are not customizing any patches, also to avoid any issues on future updates of Oracle Versions or Patches.

Since many companies do not approach Oracle but customize themselves, oracle will never understand that some features of their Product (many are usually in localizations) are not correct or have issues and will accordingly not react on it.
