Creating a new Service Activity, but it creates IB transaction subtype automatically we cant update, This allows to create new IB transaction subtype automatically with same name. Also getting error "'Invalid transaction type' When Creating The Logistics Lines "

Also below Error:

CS_CHG_IB_TOO_MANY_SOURCES Error When Trying to Submit or Book Orders.

This is happening in R12.2.4.
