From Bookshelf (Siebel Installation Guide for Windows - IP2017 [July 2017 Edition])

Updating the Siebel Server System Service and Server Components to Use AES Password Encryption” on page 61.

I'm trying to follow the steps documented in bookshelf above.  This is to reencrypt the passwords to AES.

Before I do that, can someone tell me what file(s) needs to be backed-up?  There used to be siebns.dat.  Where is this new encryption stored?

I'm trying to make sure that I can go back to current state.
