HSA coverage limit is changed for Family when Tax Law Changed - what is best approach to fix?
We use Oracle Payroll and Advance Benefits. We don't want to override all affected employees. We don't want employees to have to re-enroll, just want them to hit limit and have withdrawal stop.
I modified coverage calculation, to reflect new limit. Set up an admin life event, and created a person selection rule to only run Admin LE on employees that have chosen HSA as an option. The Admin LE processes, but does not reduce coverage limit on employees. Any ideas?
