How to net the ledger accrual accounts for DMAAI 3401 Account 6855 (direct labor)

Our Go Live consulting partner never gave us instructions for netting out the work order accrual accounts.  I'm looking for help with just netting out the direct labor accrual account for now and I am hoping that process may be similar for the variable and fixed overhead accrual accounts (6860 and 6880).  Now that I have dived into the DMAAI's to get a better understanding I found that these accruals are in the tens of million of dollars right now and growing.  Is there a white sheet, or other set of instructions somewhere, that explains this manual process.  I found
