Google Chrome Settings for Media Objects

Is there a setting in Google Chrome that causes the attached message for attachments? We're just wondering if this is typical behavior because it's very inconvenient for the normal user that doesn't actually read the message on the screen, they just report it to IT that 'something is broken'.

To duplicate, log into E1 with Chrome and not IE, open P01012, do a find and put a checkmark in front of a row. Take the row exit to attachments. Try to add a file or URL. Or open an existing one, if one exists.
