Resizing drive for RAC node... how would that work?

We are having all single instance server right now, and we are going to have RAC soon. I wonder how resizing Linux server drive in RAC environment. We current are following the steps in the following document (we are using Oracle VM 3.4 and Oracle Linux 7.4)  to extend the drive size and it require a reboot. How that is going to work with RAC environment and ASM storage?
