Is it possible to update the RFQ once PO is created

Dear Sourcing gurus,

We have a requirement.

1. RFQ is prepared

2. RFQ is approved

3. PO is created from RFQ

4. PO is created.

But after which the Buyer realize, the RFQ approval needs to be routed through one more approver. Is it possible to update the RFQ after converting the PO.
