Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. EPBCS Currency Rate does not Work

on the EPBCS, i create USD Member in Currency Dimension. and put a rate data into USD(i did it OEP_FS cube Currency)

but it when i ran a Business rule, it didn't work. what should i do for it.
