To Change Siebel environment credentials password Impact

Hello Team,

One of our Client has asked to change the running Siebel Prod Application credentials DB level like SADMIN,SIEBEL(Table owner),Guestcst etc which are applicaton user passwords.

Could you please help with the impact of changing password of running production environment.

Please suggest for the same.
