Fields Not Editable When Saved

Hello,

I would like to know whether is it possible to change the Asset Activity when a Work Order is saved with Status other than Released?

Currently, when a work order is saved other than with Status Released, a few fields are not editable or cannot be modified. My question is, is it possible make those non-editable fields editable by extending the Work Order OAF page?

Or is this feature is not allowed by functionality?

Appreciate any insight into this.

My EBS version is 12.1.3
