I come a cross the below definition on (document 3.1.2.5. Maintenance Budgeting and Forecasting. 5 in the below note) could you let us know how can we use budgeting tool and what are are all the budgeting tools available with in EBS

While it does not generate or allow you to enter budget numbers, you can export the forecast for further analysis and upload to a budgeting tool, such as Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting

and also can you please through light on the below points

1.as far as we are generating forecasting report based on historical data and using it for calculating the value for the current year or month
