How to know SGA and PGA size is insufficient?

Hi,

We are using Oracle 11.2.0.3 with automatic memory management. Only one instance is running in the box. The box has a RAM of 68 GB. SGA target is set at 58 GB and PGA target also at 10 GB.

1)  we want to know if the how much SGA and PGA memory is sufficient to Oracle. What is the definitive indicator that shows us there is / is not memory contention?
