BLS 3020

Connecticut has now mandated reporting and requires the completion of BLS 3020.  I have written several ReportsNow reports to attempt to capture the necessary data but am still having trouble.

Has any work been done or scheduled to be done to Bug 19595529.  Does anyone have a solution or work around?
