DST in Job schedule

Hi All,

We are on JDE 9.1 (9.1.5.3)

After DST, the jobs are running 1 hours later then it's schedule time. I reviewed the PO is as follows:

DST value is: USA as follows:

653153.1, everything seems ok.

We haven't restarted the server after DST started, does it has any impact? Any other suggestion is really useful.
