what is the value add when upgrading Oracle EBS database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2

Can any one please least out the business value addition when upgrading Oracle EBS  database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2,  what  benefit  does oracle EBS will have with new 12.1.0.2 features? ,  list at least  5 key benefits  any performance benefit ?

Current EBS database :12.2.4

Database version :11.2.0.4
