SMC Database Info Can Not Be Changed - Please be careful

Posting this here since it can really bite Siebel administrators.  We frequently change the database Siebel points to for various reasons and that is easily done by just changing your tns entry for Oracle or ODBC for SQL Server.

This is is not the case any more with IP 17 and SMC.  With SMC the JDBC server name, port and service you enter as part of your security set up are not editable.

We saw this when using zkui.exe to attempt to edit and also found the below SR which confirms.

This is a big limitation of IP 17 that hopefully will get fixed soon.
