Processing benefits only, no pay
Hello,
We have a few employees who are on Long term disability or Maternity leave and therefore they aren't getting any pay but they are receiving benefits.
We have these employees set to Autopay with a No pay excused pay type, that calculates hours only and no dollars.
Even though we have this pay type setup in labour distribution with a valid account, the benefit AAIs aren't recognizing the time card Objects and aren't applying the burden distribution accounts.
We get journal errors with just the employee's home BU and no obj or sub..
Do you have any way we can make this work?
