OSP Process in CMRO - how to make it more manageable?
Need help on how to make the OSP Process more manageable in our case:
We send out 100s of parts for OSP work - painting, coating, certification etc. Currently, we create WO's for each removed component in "Bulk Part Removal" - which creates a lot of work orders since we're removing a lot of parts. Then we add these WO's to the OSP orders depending on the scope/vendor etc. In the end we have 15 OSP Orders each linked to 10 WO's each - it's cumbersome to ship all these parts out, receive, close out WOs etc.
Is there a simpler way where we can just create "FEW" WO's while doing "Bulk Part Removal" or otherwise to define work.
