JDE Indexed Computations - Allocations allow rate factor more than 1 for AA Ledger

Hi All,

My client question me on why is it JDE Indexed Computations - Allocations (P09121) allow rate factor more than 1 for AA Ledger, they are expecting a control by the system by not over allocate from the original balances.

Please enlighten me !
