User can exhaust e-mail resources using 'Job Referral' feature

The application has a functionality to refer a friend for job vacancy via e-mail. It was observed that there is no cap limit on the maximum number of e-mail which can be sent per user in this feature.

Kindly be informed that we need this enhancement as we are facing problem in sending the mails from iRec users that sent a lot of mails which effect on our performance and our security .
So please we need this enhancement as Patch or in any future release .
