Is Oracle Database 12.2 Enterprise Edition certified with R12.1.3?

Hello all,

As the premier support for Oracle Database Enterprise Edition's premier support to be ended by Jul 2018, can some one advise me if 12.2 is certified with EBS 12.1.3?
