Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. In R12 when calling the AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice - I am getting error ORA-06508: PL/SQL: Could not Find Program Unit being Called

I checked all referenced objects - they are valid. What would the reason for this most likely?
