Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sub line :2

2.1 to add a Serial number but system is not taking . and getting the Below Error :

FRM-40212:Invalid Value for field SERIAL_NUMBER
