P4312 - Unable to Receive Purchase Order (POs not displaying in grid)

We implemented an ESU last night and now when we go into application P4312 we cannot display any purchase orders to receive.  There are MANY purchase orders that should be displaying but we cannot see them even when leaving all filter fields blank on the screen.   We did not make any changes to the process options for the application and did not change any of the data in any tables.  We are not sure what is happening here, any suggestions??

* The ESU we applied was ESU JL24282.
