How to make read only fields with User Exits CC&B ?

Hello,

I need to mask  fields in the Adjustement characteristics page in Oracle CC&B.

I try to use User Exits like that :

1. I create a jsp page ext_adjCharGrid.jsp ,  "adjCharGrid"  is the program name to the main page.
2. I copie this jsp file in the  ../splapp/applications/root/cm
3. I restart the server

But nothing that works
