Error : Unable to open file & Invalid logical block size (OS 512) When trying to login remotely usin

Hello,

I am experiencing this issue on my new Oracle SE2 setup, Sys account login works fine on the local system, however, getting the error when trying to login using SQL Developer, Below is oracle trace file. This is working fine on another production server. The only difference I see is 512 native vs 4kn HDD.

Try deleting oracle password file and recreating or creating user and granting sysdba has same error

Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

Build label:    RDBMS_12.2.0.1.0_WINDOWS.X64_170210.4

Windows NT Version V6.2

ORACLE_HOME =  \ORACLE\product\12.2.0\dbhome_1
