How do I recreate the nm2user ILOM account on infiniband switch?

Mistakenly deleted ILOM account for nm2user on infiniband switch. Attempted to recreate nm2user ILOM account but failed with the message that the user already exits either locally or in LDAP as shown below. The nm2user has an OS account as indicated by it's UID of 500.  How do I recreate the nm2user ILOM account?

-> cd /SP/users

/SP/users

-> create nm2user

create: The user already exists either locally or in LDAP.

Create failed

-> exit

[root@ibswitch1 ~]# id nm2user

uid=500(nm2user) gid=500(nm2user) groups=500(nm2user)
