ACA 1094C Part IV

I am building my ACA transmission.  My ALE is part of an aggregated group, I have manually entered all of the ALE IDs for the member companies and have attempted my transmission build a couple of times.  Each time the member ALEs are not included on the Form Data file.  Can someone provide some guidance on what the setup should look like for the ALE members and ultimately what the Form Data File should look like?
