E1 Depreciation Problem

We are an E1: 9.1 JDE shop. We are experiencing a couple issues with a single asset not depreciating properly. The two issues we are having are:

If we run a second depreciation calculation for a month, JDE is ignoring depreciation already booked on this asset in the current month. Thus, duplicating the depreciation for the month.

Secondly, the calculation is not correct. We have hundreds of assets using straight line 60 months. This one shows the correct formula on the R12855, but the actual amount calculated is the (basis / life) * months elapsed since inception. The first formula in our formula list looks something like that (odd I know), but it is not the formula this asset should be using.
