How can we be alerted when a UBE job runs for too long, e.g. 6 hrs+, and possibly hang?

We encountered an issue from some clients that a UBE job in status "Processing" for very long time, say 6 hrs+. The job queue was occupies by it and other waiting jobs pending until someone notices the situation. How can we be alerted when a UBE job runs for too long, e.g. 6 hrs+, and possibly hang? We need a solution to proactively discover the situation. Does E1 has such feature, like email alert, or any other suggestion? Thanks.
