Deliver lines splitting for Internal order

Hi

We are using 12.1.3.  We are seeing an issue randomly occur on some internal orders that we ship between our orgs.  The number of instances is very small.

The scenario is as follows.

Org A raises a req for 15 pcs of Item01 from Org B.

Internal order created in Org B.

Item01 is picked from two different locators creating two shipment lines.  7 pcs from one locator, and 8 from the other.

Two line are shipped

Two line are received in Org A using mobile express receipt.  We see two 'Receive' lines in the rcv_transactions table.

The putaway is also completed using the express option on the mobile - This completes without issue, into one SI/locator
