Pricing Workbench (P45550)

We are using advanced Pricing to price our products.  The setup consists of Item Groups, Customer Groups and Order Detail Groups (business unit & document type).  I have begun using the Pricing Workbench (P45550), and I've noticed, when I create a query and I leave the branch plant empty, the generation program (R45552) creates an entry for each branch plant where the item exists.  My problem is that when I go into the workbench, there are prices for items that are not setup in Advanced Pricing.  While the item group values match, and the customer group values match, there are
