Masking and reduction Middleware Application

Hi,

we have Middleware application

WCP,WCC,WCS,OBIEE,SOA

all application 12.2.1.3 and database 12.2

and need to mask data on Test and use data reduction on Prod

first i need to confirm that Data masking applicable only throw OEM and there any predefined scripts for this applications like EBS if not what is the best practice !!
