IP 17.4 Fresh Install - SBL-DAT-00388: "S_RR_TABLE defined multiple times."

Hi all,

Fresh IP 2017.4 install. Start up the Siebel Server Service and all the component logs are filled with the following error instance:

ObjMgrSRFLog Error 1 000000025aad0c34:0 2018-03-17 14:18:36 (objdef.cpp (885)) SBL-DAT-00388: Table 'S_RR_TABLE' defined multiple times.

I've done nothing but do a fresh install, fresh DB included.

Any thoughts?
