Performance of "Application Interface Profiles" in Siebel Management Console

Creating profiles in the SMC works great for Enterprise and Siebel Server. However, whenever I click on the "Application Interface" profile configuration, my browser CPU shoots up and I have to wait several minutes for it to come back with the UI rendered. I know there's a bit more to the AI config than the others, but the performance shouldn't be that terrible.

How do other users of IP 2017.4 find the performance of the AI profile configuration in the Siebel Management Console?
