APP-ONT-250271: Online discounting is not allowed

I am trying to create a sales order for an item which is not in any price list but i want to enter my own price with Calculate Price flag is 'Freeze Price'. I am getting this error - "APP-ONT-250271: Online discounting is not allowed; Zero no List Price".  How can i achieve this.
