Gateway Security Profile

Is there a way to manually change entries in the Gateway Security Profile?  Where is the gateway security profile stored?

We want to change the hostname in the profile.  During installation time, the database was hosted on one server.  During IRM process, we had to move to a different server.  But after doing this, we can no longer login to SMC.  We found the root cause to be the incorrect hostname in the Gateway Security Profile.
