Planner Database get corrupted with error ORA-01033

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Need help on this Planner DB get corrupted after upgrade Tool Release from 9.1.4.4 to 9.2.1.8, with error ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress.

I have try all the recommendation in the Oracle Support site like Doc ID 1911875.1, Doc ID 2281182.1, Doc ID 2160618.1. It seem to be no diffierent.

I have try to run the command alter database open to try to recover but another error come out ORA-01113: file 5 needs media recover. Have try to restore old copy of planner data file, but still the same. Please help.
