Oracle 32bit client database

Hello Folks,

We are installing enterprise server as our previous enterprise server has been crashed somehow and we dot have backup for the same. So we are installing on different Oracle VM which has OEL 7 with oracle 12c database 12.2.0 template.

As per pre-requisite we are trying to install oracle 32bit client database on the same machine but its not getting launched. We  are getting below screen shot..
