Smartview duplicates members in 11.1.2.4

I'm experiencing strange behaviour in 11.1.2.4 with Smartview.

When you have a user setup with access to a certain Entity & it’s descendants, when you go to Member Selection or drill down in Smartview it duplicates the members.

For example, if you have this structure:

Entity

     North America

          State1

               Site1

               Site2

          State2

               Site3

               Site4

     South America

          etc

I give a user descendants access to North America only. The user logs into Smartview and double clicks on Entity to expand it (set to Zoom in 'Next Level')

It shows:

State1

Site1

Site2

+ North America

State2

Site3

Site4

What I expect to see is just the + North America, which I can then drill down further on. I don't expect to see all the members AND the drillable hierarchy. Same behaviour in Member Selection.
