AME Credit Mangement - Error Message = ORA-01403: no data found

AME Credit Mangement - Error Message = ORA-01403: no data found

I have setup AME for Credit Management with one condition and one approval group.

But when WF is sending the request for approval, then i receive the following error message and the notification stays in error. Please adivce how to resolve this issue?
