loading data from one table to another

We are planning to load data from one database to another for a particular table.

there are difference in table structure of table in both the databases below.

1.Sequence of columns are different

2.EDW has 12 more columns than CDL (We need data for only those columns which are in CDL)

3.CDL has 171 column in ASNA table where as EDW has 183. (11 have been identified and still trying to find one extra column name)

4.Name of columns are also different in CDL from EDW

5.The columns which are missing in CDL are as follows :

FISCAL_WEEK_7WEEKS_AGO_NBR        

FISCAL_WEEK_7WEEKS_START_NBR
