ABC Compile Criterion Field

The compile criterion for historical usage includes all sub-inventory transfers.  We want to do a compile where the criterion only looks at Backflush transaction, WIP issue or actual consumption of the part by a specific transaction type.  We are moving away from using forecasts and creating demand plans based on historical usage.  We will be manufacturing based on true order demand, i.e. Make to order.
