Is it possible to use multiple ROW SETS in a single FSG Report

I have a requirement to add 3 Rowsets in my FSG Report. Have attached a sample of the required format. Customer No, Customer Name & Contract No are the three required. The Accounts are assigned only on the Third Rowset "Contract No" and there are multiple columns. My requirement is that for every respective contract No the respective customer no and customer name should be also displayed. Simply customer No & Customer Name is just used for naming purpose

Is it possible using FSG tool
