Landed Cost Recalculation Process

Dear Respected,

We Just implement LCM as a service and we scheduled  "Landed Cost Recalculation Process" to be run each 15 minutes from responsibility has a multi operating unit.

after that we found an error " G_EXC_ERROR User-Defined Exception" We opened SR before and gave us a patch 26138757:R12.INL.C.  but the error still exist.   can any one help to know exactly what's the error.
