Want to create report for Dataguard GAP count using OEM

Hello Guys,

I want to create the “Information Publisher Report” through OEM, which report shows the output like “Data guard GAP count” with ,hostname, DB name, Archive Seq#, Applied Seq#, Total Gap,etc..,

Please let me know how to achieve this.?
