Standard DSNO missing Customer Part Number

Hi,

We have generated standard DSNO and see that Customer Part Number is not getting generated or populated in 4500 record. Under Order Items field on the Sales Order, it has Internal Sales Order Number and there is Item Cross Reference set up.

Please suggest, if there is any configuration to be done to populate this field.
