We keep getting Security Server Connection Failure(Web Products) every now and then, no major issues with system though.

When I check the JAS log its says-

19 Mar 2018 12:47:33,143[SEVERE][JAS]Security System Failure. Please see Security Server logs for details

19 Mar 2018 12:47:33,143[MANDATORY][JAS]User is not Authenticated.

19 Mar 2018 12:47:33,143[SEVERE][JAS]Exception occured in the JDESignon.jdeSignon() :BuildUserSession Failed. java.lang.NullPointerException

So I checked the Security Kernel log. I found the below-

27879 Mon Mar 19 12:47:36.233576 jdeksec.c4927
User is required while creating AuthToken

I though the user might have clicked login with out putting in User ID , so I tried to recreate the issue. But I didn't get any alert.

Howdy, Stranger!
